Van Cleef and Arpels’ Tour de Force

As a jewelry obsessive, I am crushing on Van Cleef & Arpels’ most recent haute joaillerie collection, “Bais de Légende” (“Legendary Balls”), which was inspired by the most magnificent social affairs of the 20th century.  Take a look:

An homage to the last Russian Imperial ball, the Winter Palace Ball in St. Petersburg in 1903, the ‘Loup diamant decor’ earrings were created

Inspired by the Proust Ball, the flamboyant Cantatrice clip

With my penchant for bright colors, the pieces in Le Bal Oriental were my favorites, but I’d be happy to accept any of the jewels in this collection!

Alors, à bientôt,

k.
