Day 109: North African Bohemian
{dancing with myself}
It has been a busy week! But I’m back online…
I’m not 100% sure where/how I got this necklace. I think it may have been a gift from a friend who brought it back from Sénégal a few years ago. Nonetheless, the necklace is a simple, colorful example of North African jewelry. The beads are glass and the discs are a golden mixed metal. Paired with this blouse, dangly earrings and piles of bracelets, the look is bohemian. Maybe luxe hippie? One of my FAVORITE looks!
If you’re curious, on my left hand, I’m sporting animal print bracelets that I bought in NYC. On my right hand are sterling silver/14k gold filled/brass/copper bangles that I made at Quench Jewelry Arts in Minneapolis.
Rachel Roy silk top; J.Crew cardigan; Pepe Jeans London jeans.
